Marvel Studios is doing something right

Marvel Comics is now also Marvel Studios Whereas Marvel still has some film rights out there at operations such as 20th Century Fox or Sony Pictures Entertainment, the greatest comic publisher is now in the production and financing of it's own house of ideas movies.

Newsarama speaks with Kevin Feige and the future and his outlook. "Feige is Marvel Studios’ president of production, and with two flicks so far under the Marvel Studios banner, he’s been steering through calm waters and blue skies. The job is the culmination of a lifelong dream for Feige, a longtime comic book fan who has an action figure collection so prolific, it once outgrew his home and took over a shed in the back yard. As Feige took time to reflect on the recent Marvel Studios offerings and cast an eye on the upcoming slate, it was, yes—another typical blue-skies day in his Beverly Hills office." - Jim McLauchlin

3 doctor's?

Journey's end was by far the one episode over the last 4 years that has had the most up's and downs. The end with Doctor Donna, Donna Doctor & the Doctor was fun. Really sad about Donna though.

My new best friend

is an AWESOME site.

On this site I have become a huge fan of Mad Martha as she has everything in the Dr. Who universe you can think of.

Thank you Mad Martha!!!

ps... Journey's End is live.

Games Night!!!

Oh how I have come to love our games nights. It all started as a reason to play Rock Band with a bunch of people, but it has taken on a mind of it's own. We'll play a variety of games; board, video & drinking. Some of the mainstays though are Never Have I Ever, Rock Band, Big Brain Academy: Wii Degree & Catch Phrase.

The one thing we were not expecting though was all the booty call's our friends would bring over. We've seen people from New York, Edmonton & Vancouver arrive for a fun night and then be whisked off for a little sucky sucky or some bump'n grind action.

It seems the possibilities are endless now with this gatherings.

Wha?!?!

I just stumbled upon this and am now concerned. David leaving? John Leaving? Catherine leaving?

I am sad.

Dr. Who season finale - Journey's End Sunday Night

Rose, Martha, Donna, Jack & Sarah Jane are all here to witness... witness what?

Stay tuned to find out.

Things I like - Dr. Who continuum

I am a HUGE fan of the Dr. and his children of time. Torchwood & the Sarah Jane Adventures have both taken me into their grasp as well. There is nothing like having science, fantasy, sex, quirkiness & fun all rolled into one. These series are great for their humor and their story telling.

I do suggest you take a look.

New Hollyoaks - Life after death

I can't wait for Niall to get what is coming to him. How much longer do we have to wait?

Enjoy!

New ATWT - Cyndi guest stars

WOW!!!

Very cute episode with a very cute message in the beginning about being gay and small towns.

Things I like - COMICS!!!

I don't know who here follows comics, but there is some serious stuff going down in the Marvel 616 universe. Serious stuff indeed. But, I'll keep this short on that topic as I'll just get your feet wet on the comics I like.

There are a few sites I like to check out for news and updates on my comic addiction. Newsarama, Superhero Hype, Pink Kryptonite, Uncanny Xmen & the Marvel site are my connections for all that is the X-men. I am somewhat addicted only to the X titles, but I find myself starting to branch out now.

The Marvel books I read currently are: Angel: Revelations, Astonishing X-Men, Avengers/Invaders, Avengers: Intiative, Cable, Captain America, Captrain Britain & MI:13, Eternals, GenNext, Guardians of the Galaxy, Incredible Hurcules, The Last Defenders, Ms Marvel, New Exiles, New Warriors, Runaways, Secret Invasion (and all tie-ins), Thor, Ultimate X-men, Uncanny X-men, Wolverine: First Class, X-Factor, X-Force, X-men: Legacy, Young Avengers & Young X-men.

Other books I read are: The Dresden Files, Proof & Sky Doll.

WOW, no wonder everyone says I'm addicted. Oh well. It's a hobby.

Things I like - SOAPS!!!!

So, I'm addicted to soap operas. :(

I know, I know. Typical sissy boy stuff, but it's only happened within the last month. It all started off with a show called Hollyoaks from the UK. I was browsing the web one day and came across this vid clip and got hooked. It's a sweet series about a small brit town. I have to say, their soap's kick north American ones for actual acting talent.

Next from that I was told about a series called Eastenders. Not so bad, but not nearly enough queer action for me. We shall see what happens here.

After that I decided to get hooked on some good ol'fashioned ameriacan soap. I use the term good loosely just like the actors use the word talent. But for 6 -10 min vid clips on Youtube, I can't complain about as the acting is limited to the gay character story. The show I am talking about is As The World Turns (ATWT in internet lingo.)

Do you think I stopped? Nope. Shortly after having these 3 addictions I was told about Skins by a brit friend. This is the first series I have actually watched the full episodes of. This show is good. I love all the characters and find myself enjoying the story of Tony more then Max. Strange? I guess this isn't really soap either, but I became addicted to it via soap's so it's a mesh for me.

Anyway, enough about my soap addiction.

I'm back

OK.

So it has been some time since I've used this. I do want to apologize for that everyone. For all of those who've been hounding me, hope you're still around.

I want to use the excuse that I've been off fighting in a war in the Dr.'s Army or something, but I haven't. I've been busy with my mundane life on Earth doing earthy things with all my earthy friends. Well, I'll take back mundane. It's been a blast, I just wish I was a child of time.

I'll keep this short and sweet.

Cheers!
